Mares Prestige SLS Scuba Diving BCD

Mares Prestige SLS BCD is a very tough and durable Buoyancy Jacket with loads of all round lift, a new and updated inflator system, second generation integrated SLS weight pocket system.

The Prestige SLS BL BCD from Mares incorporates their years of experience and technology into a top quality BCD that caters to all divers from beginner to Instructor and from the occasional holidaying diver to the more experienced UK diver.

Mares Classic bladder design used in the Mares Prestige SLS BCD is constructed from hard wearing Cordura material and features a heavier weight fabric for the pocket areas and a lighter weight fabric around the bladder to reduce the overall weight. The harness has been re-modelled in the shoulder and chest areas for a more comfortable fit. There is a swivel joint on the quick release shoulder buckles for a more natural fit.

The sides of this BCD feature the SLS integrated weight system and a large zipped pocket that expands towards the back of the BCD to provide a very high volume storage pocket. The integrated weight system hgas a simple pull to release locking mechanism for a secure fit into the slots. BCD sizes small and below can accommodate 4kg of weight in each pocket, medium and above BCDs can take up to 6kg each. The left hand pocket also features grommet holes for a BCD knife.

Lower profile design of the Ergo inflator and the deflation dumps. The full rigid backplate is covered with a cordura lined padded backpad for improved shock absorption and a grab handle at the top of the backpad to help with lifting once a cyclinder is installed.
