Gul CZ 5mm Windward Pro Boots a superb innovative design of boot geared toward dinghy sailing particularly for hiking use.
Featuring 5mm titanium lined neoprene and blindstitched seams for greater thermal protection. The wide design of these boots allows the foot/toes to spread naturally as you take the pressure/spread the load on the foot while hiking out. This helps to provide a greater feeling of contact and traction. The design, flexibility and fit of these Gul boots provide the perfect combination.
The wide fitting design of these Gul Windward boots can also allow more room to accommodate either the fabric or latex socks fitted on a sailing drysuit. Although as very general guide you would often require a size larger in dunghy boots in order to accommodate the usual ample size of latex socks fitted on the majority of sailing drysuits.
