C-Skins Swim Research Freedom 3mm Thermal Open Water Swimming Cap features a combination of 3mm thick double lined neoprene and glideskin neoprene designed for open water swimming to help provide thermal protection and features a flexible quick dry thermal lining.

Utilising C-Skins 100% thermotech glideskin neoprene for enhanced thermal protection also encourages water run-off to help reduce the windchill effect.

C-Skins' Strata neoprene panel used on the top of the hood features embossed channelling in the neoprene which encourages water flow but also has a double function as this also allows the neoprene greater flex over the top of the head producing a superb contoured fit for unsurpassed comfort. Glued and blindstitched seam construction helps minimise water ingress for improved warmth retention while the quick drying Thermal polypro internal lining encourages greater thermal protection.
